Can I look around before creating an account?

Yes. Watch the demo, explore the venue and planner directories, and read about the features for your profile. Sign in or create an account when you’re ready to use your wedding workspace.

Can everyone on my wedding team use Wed One?

Wed One has profiles for couples, venues, planners, vendors, and invited staff. Each person signs in to their own account. Event invitations and creator-approved permissions control what each person can access or change.

Do invited staff need a paid membership?

No. Invited staff accounts are free. Open the invitation from your venue or planner and use the invited email address.

What does a membership cost?

Couples pay $49 one time, or join free with a venue or planner invitation. Venue memberships are $149 per month and planner memberships are $99 per month and renew until cancelled. A venue membership includes one location; each additional location is $60 per month. Planners pay $99 one time for each approved venue connection. All prices are in US dollars. You review payment details before completing checkout.
